All deposit and withdrawal transactions on dn99c are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via legitimate local payment methods. No foreign currency conversion is required.

Fair and Transparent Processing

Eligibility and Account Registration
Minimum Age Requirement
The dn99c platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. Registration by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. dn99c reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account until verification is completed.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active email address, mobile number, and date of birth. False or inaccurate information may result in immediate account closure.
One Account Per Individual
Each individual, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method is permitted to hold only one account on dn99c. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, and any balances held within them may be forfeited subject to investigation.
KYC Verification
Before making your first withdrawal, you are required to complete the KYC identity verification process by uploading a copy of a valid identification document (national ID or passport). This process is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours.
Non-Transferable Account
Your dn99c account is personal and non-transferable. It may not be sold, shared, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances. Use of your account by a third party constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
Dn99c accepts deposits and withdrawals via Malaysian local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Deposit Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. The latest limits are displayed on the deposit page within your dn99c platform. These limits may change from time to time in line with platform policies and payment provider requirements.
Withdrawal Procedure
Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit, except in special circumstances requiring approval from dn99c. All withdrawals are processed within the following timeframes:
- DuitNow and FPX: 5 to 30 minutes
- Digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): 5 to 30 minutes
- Accounts with incomplete KYC: suspended until verification is complete
Dormant Funds
Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee. dn99c will provide advance notice before any charges are applied.
Source of Funds
You confirm that all funds deposited into your dn99c account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. dn99c complies with anti-money laundering laws and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
Dn99c offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has specific terms displayed alongside it. The general terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions are as follows:
- Each bonus is subject to a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated
- Dn99c reserves the right to void any bonus and winnings derived from it if a user is found to have violated the promotion terms.
- Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash until wagering requirements are fully met
- Wagering bonus funds on certain games may be excluded or counted at a different percentage towards rollover requirements
Rollover Requirements
The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated as a multiplier — for example, "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before any withdrawal is permitted. Check the specific details of each promotion on the Promotions page within the dn99c platform.
Gaming and Wagering Rules
All games available on the dn99c platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, and sports betting — are subject to their individual rules displayed within each game or relevant section.
Game Results
The results of all casino and slot games on dn99c are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by an independent body. These results are final and may not be disputed unless a proven technical failure has occurred.
Technical Failure
In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during a gaming session, dn99c reserves the right to void or suspend the affected round or bet. In such cases, the affected bets will be fully refunded to the user's account balance.
Sports Betting
All sports bets are final once confirmed by the system. dn99c reserves the right to void a bet if there is an obvious error in odds setting, incorrect match information, or evidence of match manipulation. In such cases, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
Account Security and User Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your dn99c account. This includes all transactions, wagering, and communications made through your account, whether by you or by any party you have authorised to access it.
Keep Your Password Secure
Never share your dn99c account password or login credentials with anyone. Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly for optimal security.
Personal Accounts Only
Do not use your dn99c account on shared devices or public Wi-Fi networks without additional protection. Always log out of your account when you are done using a shared device.
Report Suspicious Activity
Contact dn99c customer support immediately if you notice any unauthorised activity in your account, including transactions you did not make or account changes you did not initiate.
Prohibited Conduct and Platform Misuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dn99c platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:
- Owning or using multiple accounts in any form
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Player collusion to manipulate game results or obtain bonuses unfairly
- Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain
- Depositing via a payment method that is not yours or using funds from illegal sources
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location or circumvent geo-restrictions
- Any form of attempted fraud, manipulation, or interference with the dn99c system
- Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by User
You may request closure of your dn99c account at any time by contacting our customer support. Before the account is closed, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Self-Closure for Responsible Gaming Reasons
If you feel your gaming habits are beginning to affect your life, dn99c offers temporary or permanent self-exclusion options via the Responsible Gaming us. We will process this request promptly and respect your decision.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, dn99c is not liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gaming or wagering activity on the dn99c platform
- Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet failures, power outages, or natural disasters
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
- Investment or financial decisions made based on information obtained from the dn99c platform
Dn99c's maximum liability in any claim related to the use of this platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim, or RM 500, whichever is lower, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful fraud on the part of dn99c.
Terms Amendments and Applicable Law
Right to Amend
Dn99c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the dn99c website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest changes.
Amendment Notice
For significant changes, dn99c will endeavour to notify users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Language and Interpretation
This Terms and Conditions document is considered valid in both the Malay and English versions. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Malay version shall take precedence for users in Malaysia.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent of both parties, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
